Showcase your projects with highly readable articles, fully designed if required

A well-written case study is a powerful business tool. Why? Because it creates a human connection with your services.

 

It does this partly by taking the reader on a journey. One of your past customers had a particular problem or challenge. You listened, applied your expertise and helped them overcome it; they were delighted, and will happily tell others about it. Whoever your customer is – a medical patient, a businessman, a contractor – that’s a powerful narrative!

 

Case studies are effective for several other reasons. They provide hard evidence and data for what you do well. They give potential clients a trusted pathway to a solution you can provide. They demonstrate the authority and expertise of your brand. They also, usually, revolve around people – real people, not actors or models in an ad campaign.

 

Whatever your service, I’ll help you identify that key story and use it to create a case study (that people will actually want to read!). It could be a quick mini study or a longer article for web or print. Have a look at the options below, or drop me a line and we can talk through what would work best.

Brief

It all starts with a brief. You can send me one by email, or we can chat on the phone. Tell me a bit more about your project. I'll ask you lots of questions too. If your case study needs an interview or two, send me their contacts and I'll do the rest.

interview (optional)

If we're doing an In-depth case study, I'll chat to your contact. This might be a former client. Or it might be your Project Manager, who can tell me more about the subject. Send me any facts, figures and details you'd like me to include.

DESIGN (optional)

If you'd like a print version of your case study, let me know and I'll brief my design colleague. Send us your logo so we can incorporate it into the template. We can tweak the design until you're happy with it.

WRITE-UP

Along with the interviews, I'll do some background research and then write up your case study. I'll make sure it has good headlines, keywords and inline links to your website, and a story that will draw your readers through the article.

REVIEW

Once it's ready, I’ll send it over. You can read through and make edits and tweaks if you feel necessary, or ask me to redraft. We can do this by email. Or I can send you a link to edit on Google Docs.

When you’re happy with the piece, it's ready to go. I'll send you the Word document or the finished PDF for you to print.
